Event Rental Rates

Event Rates

Rental events include the following:

********** THE VENUE **********

Use of the large banquet hall, balcony, dance floor and stage area.  All available tables and chairs, six lighted trees, decorated Christmas Tree in December, dance floor (40' x 40'). Use of the catering area (microwave, sink, refrigerator, counter space), ice machine, Men and Women’s handicap-accessible bathrooms, and handicap access to stage.

*Black or white linens for tables available for a linen fee ($10.00 per table).

Saturday (All Day Event)

$1,600.00 for an All Day Event: 8 am to midnight

*Weddings & Receptions require all day rentals.

Saturday (Single Event)

$1,200.00 Single Event (4 hours event time & 2 hours to set-up) Block of time can be adjusted.

Friday and Sunday Events

Half Day (Single Event).....$900.00

Full Day  ..........$1,200.00

Monday through Thursday Events

Half Day Events (6 hrs).....$450.00 

Full Day Events................$750.00 


******THE RENFREW BUILDING******

Use of rooms, all available tables and chairs, two lighted trees, hardwood floors, handicap-accessible bathrooms, and catering area (microwave, sink, refrigerator).

*Black or white linens for tables available for a linen fee ($10.00 per table).

Rental Prices for The Renfrew:

Saturday (All Day Event)-

$800.00 All Day: 8 am to midnight 

 $600.00 Single Event (6 hours total)

Block of time can be adjusted.

Friday & Sunday Events

Half Day (6 hrs) ........$450.00  or Full Day ........$600.00

Monday through Thursday

Half Day (6 hrs)...$300.00 or Full Day........ $500.00

You may do your own decorating, bring in your own DJ or band, and hire your own caterer/cake designer. The Venue & The Renfrew does have catering available. Ask us for a quote sheet!
