Reception Package at The Renfrew
"The Renfrew" package includes: Four hour (set up, tear down and clean up), up to fifty guests, all available tables and chairs, flower arrangements and candles for guest tables (and cake flowers if needed), a flower arrangement for the catering table, one linen per guest table, linens for cake table and buffet/serving tables, music provided by a DJ, wedding cake ($300 allowance), decorating, on-site hostess and labor.
The Renfrew package starts at $3,150 plus catering.
Catering is personalized for each event. Our clients have their choice of several menus: light hors d'oeuvres, heavy hors d'oeuvres, buffet (served or self serve, carving stations are available), and specialty meals. Prices start around $15 per person for light hors d'oeuvres, $20 pp for heavy hors d'oeuvres, $20-$25 pp for buffets. A personalized quote will be provided for your event based on your food menu choices.
Additional decor: Table overlays in your colors can be rented for $10-$20 per table (depending on style and size); chair covers and color-coordinated ties can be rented for $5-$7 per chair.
Optional Wedding Package $500: If you'd like to hold your ceremony at The Renfrew as well, we have a Wedding Package available. It includes wedding flowers: bridal bouquet, two additional bouquets, and three boutonnieres; three candelabras, decorated columns, and our wedding coordinating services.

Venue 100 (up to 100 guests) Reception Package is $5,150.00 plus catering.
Venue 200 (101+ guests) Reception Package is $5,600.00 plus catering.

Family Flowers (5 corsages and 5 boutonnieres for $100). Extra bouquets and boutonnieres for wedding party can be added. We will be delighted to quote you a price for additional flowers.
